3.4 KYC Verification
Prior to processing any withdrawal from your bf099 Account, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/GSIS ID. bf099 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal access being withheld until verification is successful.
Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bf099 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.2 Suspicious Activity
You must notify bf099 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bf099 reserves the right to suspend Account access pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected. During any such investigation, bf099 may withhold withdrawal requests until the investigation is complete.
4.3 Account Currencies
All bf099 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). bf099 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in PHP. No currency conversion is applied to standard Account transactions.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bf099 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. 6.4 Bets and Wager Limits

7.3 Bonus Abuse
bf099 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and/or suspend or close the Account of any Member who is determined to have engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf099 Platform:
- Registering more than one Account on the bf099 Platform;

- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform;

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bf099 Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any bf099 Content without the express prior written consent of bf099. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bf099.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- bf099 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- bf099's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
- bf099 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components;
- bf099 shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, or third-party payment processing failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bf099's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Responsible Gaming

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Termination & Account Closure
12.1 Closure by Member
You may request closure of your bf099 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests for Real Money Balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines. Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.2 Closure by bf099

12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 1, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms shall survive the termination of your Account and continue to apply.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be submitted to bf099's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat.
If the dispute is not resolved through bf099's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution mechanism, as the applicable regulatory authority. If the dispute remains unresolved following PAGCOR's process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
bf099 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Members via their registered mobile number or email address (where provided), and via a prominent notice on the bf099 Platform, no less than fourteen (14) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR requirements.
Your continued use of the bf099 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
